Just a quick update...

I'm still here!  LOL.

I know I've not been very active lately,  sorry 'bout that. Between the holidays (my busiest time of year)  and now I'm trying to re-do my kitchen and bathroom...I've been overloaded. I keep trying to set aside time for working on crochet projects,  but I end up working on house-hold stuff instead.  I've been planning this kitchen/bath redo for nearly three years,  so I'm excited to get the work going (and *finished* - since I really hate having everything all topsy-turvy).

I PROMISE that I will get back to working on designing some dolls as soon as I can get these major projects done (and once again be a happy person with my finished kitchen and bath  LOL).

In the meantime,  I'm around here to answer questions,  and I check here and on the FaceBook Page at least a few times every day.   :D

So don't forget to check in with us from time to time!

Do we get to see pictures of the renovations?

Know what? I'm such a dingbat, and was so excited to get going, I never took pics of the 'before'. LOL

I'll try to get some pics of the 'after' when it's done. It's not really going to be a 'magazine' kitchen, just better than before and fitting in the space I have. (I'll have better storage and organization and WAY more counter space when we're done).

Our main issue at this moment, is that when we knocked out a cabinet, we found a mouse 'haven'... so I'm having to play pest control now (and my cats think it's Christmas - LOL) The drought has caused rodent issues for everyone around here, and I thought I'd gotten lucky... but they were just 'hiding' on me!

It's always something when you start taking things apart. :D

Oh my!!! Sounds so very exciting!!!! I've been missing you and keep checking your blog for new patterns! I can't wait to see what youve done with your place when it's done! ^_^

Also... I know it's out of place here... But I've not said it and would love to... I just love your Pokemon patterns and would like to see some more! I've busied myself away making them and my friends all love them as well!

Also I made a doll of Glaceon using your umbreon pattern.. And used crochet thread and a size 7 needle to make a tiny shiny umbreon. (blue where there is yellow) and everyone at the con I went to LOVEDDDDD it... So I told them of your blog!!! (few wanted to buy them off me ASAP! Even had an offer of $50 for my umbreon! Couldn't do it though! Too cute!)

Well what I'm getting at... Is would you be able to.... Clean up.... The pikachu pattern a bit? My friend would love one but your pattern, while still the best I've found!!, is a lil off face wise for us.... And I can't figure out how to fix the pattern myself or I would! It's just two flat in the face...

Also I would LOOOOOVVVEEEEE to see a Cyndaquil pattern!!!!! Or a lapras or mismagius!!!

Think I've said to much already!! But love your blog!!! Huge fan!!! (scurries off to make a tiny tiny drifloon using thread!!!)

Thank you so much for sharing your patterns! If a friend saw a plushie I made from one of your patterns and asked if she could pay me to make her one for her other friend's birthday, could I do so as long as I give due credit to you and your pattern? Or would I have to personally modify it somehow so it is adapted from your pattern? I don't want to do anything wrong or unjust to you and just want to make sure it is ok if I sell anything and if so what conditions there are.

NC: If your friend wishes to compensate you for making a doll (or dolls) for her, then that's perfectly fine. I don't consider that to be a problem, it's only a problem when people start making them for the singular purpose of profit, and advertising them for sale, etc. Making them for your friends, family, co-workers, charity --- this is not a problem at all --- in fact, that's why the patterns are here, so that people CAN make them for others :)

Hello,
I'm working on the Emolga plush right now. But.. I'm really having some trouble with the tail structure. I just don't "see" how I should sew it to the back. Could you please give a bit more explanation? I think that would help me out a lot. Thanks!
